The   easy tools | momentum scroll   option allows to create a normalized mouse scroll behavior
Which creates a smooth cross-browser mouse scroll experience to the end-user
This function especially is useful (essential) on   page scroll   and   parallax   effect animation
Many browsers will produce chopped animation on mouse scroll without such function

Easy tools | momentum has 3 options

1. speed = set momentum scroll speed
2. easing = set momentum scroll easing effect
3. bar    = enable detect elements that are scrollable within the window viewport and release

NOTE: easy tools momentum scroll is only applicable on the window viewport
RECOMMENDED: leave the speed and easing option as   default for best result
